Not just a Plastic Card
June 5, 2008 We use our credit cards when we want to buy something and we don’t have or we don’t want to use cash to pay for them. Almost every store at present already accept credit cards as payment. Credit cards are also sometimes used to make cash advances. A huge percentage of the population already has at least one for themselves. The card is made of several plastics which are laminated together while several dyes are used to have them come in different colors. Plasticizers are responsible for making the certain feel for the cards while a special magnetic ink is used to print the magnetic stripes that usually undergo a special printing process. It may just seem to be a simple plastic card but for a lot of people, it’s more than that. Your credit card is your substitute for money and it could be used as a ticket to several transactions as I have mentioned.
